Payment for the stay can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, bank transfer, check, holiday vouchers or in cash.
The house, dedicated to the calm and rest of our guests, is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
Three cats share our life, and we cannot therefore accommodate other animals. We thank you for your understanding.
The house is entirely non-smoking, and discreet ashtrays are at your disposal in the garden.
Cyclists are also welcome. A closed room is at your disposal to shelter your bicycles and your travel equipment. Possibility to rent bikes on reservation and according to availability, to explore the region

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As owners of Maison en Provencewe are committed to giving our guests the best welcome, to informing them about the operation of the house and the tourist attractions of the region. The price of the night is displayed in the room. We ensure the cleaning of the room and the issuance of an invoice corresponding to the duration of the stay. The customer may not under any circumstances claim any right to stay in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for when subscribing to the accommodation service.
2. USE OF PREMISES
Our guests must dispose of the room in a peaceful manner and respect the premises. The number of people can in no case exceed the capacity, corresponding to each room.
3. PAYMENT
The reservation is effective after receipt of the amount of 30% of the stay by transfer, the remaining 70% payable at the time of your arrival. But also by paying by card the totality of your stay by a secure link.
4. ARRIVAL
The rooms are available between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please inform us of your arrival time. Receptions cannot be made after 10:00 p.m. For long stays, with a simple phone call made the day before your arrival, you can drop off your luggage between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the start of your stay. Rooms are to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
5. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation no later than 8 days before the start of the stay, the refund of the total amount of the reservation is made. In case of cancellation 7 days before the start of the stay, the total amount paid is retained by the owner. Cancellable at any time in the event of confinement or travel restrictions related to Covid-19 . In case of no-show (no show), the total amount of the stay is due.
