Payment for the stay can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, bank transfer, check, holiday vouchers or cash.
The house, dedicated to the peace and quiet of our guests, is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
We have three cats, and therefore cannot take in any other animals. Thank you for your understanding.
The house is entirely non-smoking, and discreet ashtrays are available in the garden.
Cyclists are also welcome. A secure storage area is available for your bicycles and travel equipment. Bicycles can be rented by reservation and subject to availability, for exploring the region.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As owners of a house in ProvenceWe are committed to providing our guests with the warmest welcome, informing them about the house and the region's tourist attractions. The nightly rate is displayed in the room. We ensure the room is cleaned and provide an invoice corresponding to the length of the stay. Under no circumstances may the guest claim any right to remain on the premises after the expiration of the period initially agreed upon when booking the accommodation.
2. USE OF PREMISES
Our guests are expected to use the room peacefully and respect the premises. The number of people may not exceed the maximum occupancy of each room.
3. PAYMENT
The reservation is effective after receipt of 100% of the stay by bank transfer, or by paying the full amount of your stay by card at the time of your reservation.
4. ARRIVAL
Rooms are available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us of your arrival time. Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM. For longer stays, you can drop off your luggage between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM at the start of your stay by simply calling us the day before your arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel at least 8 days before the start of your stay, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 7 days before the start of your stay, the owner will retain the full amount paid. Cancellations are possible at any time in the event of lockdowns or travel restrictions related to Covid-19 . In case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay is due. In case of a shortened stay, the owner retains the full amount of the originally booked stay. In the event of cancellation of the room by Justin de Provence for a real and serious reason, we will offer you accommodation nearby and in the same price category.
